I failed to find any snowy owls in or about Holland Landing but did find 2 owls off the 400 hyw. The first snowy was on the east side of the hyw. aprox. 1 km. south of the simcoe rd. 88 turn off. The bird was 75 m. near a flooded (iced over) field on a fence post, the bird was slightly spotted. The second bird was in a plowed field about 1.5 km. north of the simcoe rd. 88 turn off. Sighting and oservation time was between 10:00 & 11:00 a.m. P.S. I did see the Grey at Bathurst st.
