Yesterday March 22 Maureen Smith and I birded the Owl Woods. We had several Long-eared, and a Short-eared Owl but no little ones (saw-whet, boreal). There were 3 Rusty Blackbirds on the walk in. On the way driving to the Owl Woods, we had 2 Snowy Owl in the fields and there were at least two Wilson's Snipe flying about.
