Hi All,
a Lark Bunting was seen and photographed near the first cottage on
the far side of the harbour early yesterday afternoon. It was seen for
about two hours but it then dissappeared and was not seen again, it has been
looked for today several times but it could not be relocated.

Directions to PEPTBO -
Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory is in the extreme south-east corner of
Prince Edward county. From the 401 head to Picton then follow County Road 8
(opposite the
Harbour Inn), heading South East out of Picton for about 3km and then turn
right onto County Road 17, follow this until you can turn left on to County
Road
16 (signed to the Black River Cheese Factory), this road is County
Road 13, turn right and follow this road to the gravel road at the end
(approx
25km). The Observatory is the first building on the right about 2km along
the
gravel part of the road and has a large blue CWS sign and a flag on the
lawn or conitnue on to go round the harbour.
