Gusty northeast winds kept migrants at bay, although there was still a nice
variety of

species recorded in small numbers. Warblers on the day included NORTHERN
PARULA, PINE,

MAGNOLIA, OVENBIRD, and NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH, among others.

A WHIP-POOR-WILL was heard singing this-morning at the East Park campground and
a SUMMER TANAGER was observed at Fish Point.

The highlight of the day was a LARK SPARROW noted at the tip at Fish Point.
