Since no one has reported on this report since early this morning I thought
I would report that the Prairie Warbler first reported by Alfred Adamo was
still in the trees in the laneway north of Ramsden Park at about 1 p.m. this
afternoon. I had a quick look at it high in the trees and it also sang a
few times.

It was in the same area reported by three others over the last few days, in
the tall trees over the laneway north of the park near the tennis courts and
playground at the eastern end of this park. As reported, it takes patience.
It was not visible the first time round and I had to search all trees to the
west before returning to find it just before giving up.

Here are the directions reported by others:

Ramsden Park runs between Yonge St. and Avenue Rd., one block north of
Davenport. It can be accessed from Pears Ave., which runs east of Avenue Rd.
The laneway parallels the north edge of the park and can be accessed by a
stairway east of the tennis courts and opposite a playground.
