Birding was slow at first, but picked up with the help of three fellow birders.
Thanks!

I birded Hanlan's Point only, for about 2.5 hours. Other than the usual, there
was:

-Black-bellied Plover
-Spotted and Least Sandpiper
-Dunlin
-Caspian Tern
-Alder Flycatcher (identified by song)
-philadelphia vireo
-red-eyed vireo
-Brown Thrasher in "singing mode." I thought it was a Northern Mockingbird by
sound... until I saw the bright red. And they're usually so secretive!
-Cedar Waxwings
-Orange-crowned Warbler
-Yellow Warbler
-Chestnut-sided Warbler
-Magnolia Warbler
-Cape May Warbler (THANKS!)
-Yellow-rumped Warbler
-Bay-breasted Warbler
-Black-and-white Warbler
-American Redstart

Happy Birding!
