Hi All We've been getting quite at few calls to Point Pelee National Parks Visitor Centre regarding the status of the BLACK SWIFT.
The bird was reported at 11:03 am this morning. It was seen flying low over the Visitor Centre parking lot, last seen heading in a North-east direction. The bird has not been reported since that time, though there are many eyes to the sky in the parking lot right now and there are many more swallows and swifts moving around since the first sighting this morning. We will send out an update if the bird is sighted again. Good birding everyone!
