Hi Ontbirders:

Spent the day out east of Ottawa at the Embrun and St. Albert sewage lagoons.
Dodging out between the rainstorms, managed to get some good shorebirds. A
WILLET was spotted at the Embrun sewage lagoon in the south-east cell. As well,
there was a Red-necked Phalarope and a Pectoral Sandpiper at Embrun and lots of
Dunlin, Semipalmated and Least Sandpipers. At the St. Albert lagoons, the male
breeding plumage HUDSONIAN GODWIT was present and a single Brant that appeared
to have an injured foot. In addition to a Wilson's Phalarope, there was also
several hundred of the commoner shorebirds.

Good birding
