This morning around 8:45 a.m. two juvenile Long-tailed Jaegers flew by the Lakeland Tower approximately 1 km out spotted by Brandon Holden. About 9:45 a.m. Rob Dobos spotted a juv. Sabine's Gull which flew from east to west at not too far a distance out giving decent looks and at 11:45 a.m. just before I left another juv. Sabine's Gull was seen at a great distance. Conditions are favourable today, thought there might be a bit more action this morning but typically afternoons are better for lighting as well as birds being blown down the lake. Patience and luck!
