Hey Ontbirders,

On the way back from Port Burwell today, Denis LePage and I found a Western
Kingbird perched on a wire at the intersection of Lower Side Road and 2nd
Conc. The bird was found at 1:20 p.m. and was watched for 10 minutes as it
foraged near the intersection. When we left the bird was slowly making its
way west along Lower Side Road.

The location is approximately 15 minutes east of Port Burwell (see link
below). Take Glen Erie Line east out of Port Burwell to Elgin County Rd. 55,
turn right (south) and then take your first left (east) down Lower Side
Road, and drive east until you hit 2nd Conc. The bird spent most of its time
along the wires and on top of the spruce trees on the north side of Lower
Side Road.

Good Birding.
