Weather:
Moderate South - Southwest winds with intermittent rain showers and mostly
cloudy to overcast skies.

Raptor Observations:
Very little activity with only a local immature Bald Eagle and one
Peregrine Falcon seen.

Non-raptor Observations:
Not many passerines were on the move today.  Two small flocks of
Goldfinches totaling 20 birds and a few small mixed flocks of Starlings and
Cowbirds headed west. 

Predictions:
Sunny skies in the morning will give way to cloudy conditions with a few
rain showers.  Temperatures will remain fairly mild and the wind will
continue out of the Southwest.
