As of 8:30 a.m. the Barnacle Goose was sleeping on the ice just off the old boat ramp at the mouth of the Forty Mile Creek with a flock of Canada Geese. At Grimsby exit the QEW at Christie Street. Head north towards the lake. On Lakeside Ave. turn left to Murray Street Park or turn right to the stop sign and then turn left and go down the hill to the Pump House parking lot at the mouth of the Forty Mile Creek.
