At 10am this morning there was a flock of Snow Buntings near Orono. A few hundred easily.
Directions >From Hwy 35/115 take Concession 6(Taunton Rd) east past Jungle Cat World and New Dutch Oven Family Restaurant to Jewel Rd., turn left (north) after the farm with the windmill, proceed north to a beautiful old stone farm house. The flock was in the next large tree on the right/east side of the road they then flew into the corn field on the right/east side. They are still there now at the east edge of the field.
