American Bittern- standing on the road.
Great Egret- in the pond at the east end of the park.
Bobolink- 6
Baltimore Oriole- 4
Chestnut-sided Warbler
Common Yellowthroat
Warbling Vireo- 3
Blue Jay- 540 streaming through all morning.
Red Admiral- 8
American Lady- 2
These are migratory butterflies that have arrived with the current
warm front.

East Point Park has a good mix of meadow and woods and is situated on
the bluffs. It is roughly 1 km long and 1/2 km wide.
Directions-
From exit #387 of the 401 in Scarbourgh.
Go south on Morningside Ave.
East on Lawrence Ave. E.
South on Manse Road.
East on Copperfield Road.
There are parking lots at either end of the park.
