Bill Smith of Hamilton asked me to post for him that today he and Peter McParland had the following shorebirds at a sod farm at #424 Canal Bank Rd east of Stromness which is near Dunnville:
Black-bellied Plover -52 American Golden-Plover -2 Buff-breasted Sandpiper -6 Baird's Sandpiper -1 Directions: From the centre of Dunnville, go SE on Haldimand County Rd 3 a few km to Stromness, and turn left on Canal Bank Rd.
