There is presently an adult Greater Snow Goose on Greenbank Rd. It is on the west side of the road between West Hunt Club Rd. and Fallowfield Rd.
I also saw a Great Egret at Bruce Pit. Directions for Goose: From hwy 417 take Greenbank Rd. South approximately 5 KM. Watch for the goose among the Canada's on the west side of the road. From hwy 416 take the West Hunt Club Rd. exit go east to Greenbank Rd. turn south and watch for the Canadas about 1 km south of the intersection. There are three or four fields with geese in them. For Egret from hwy 416 take the West Hunt Club Rd exit. Go east to first traffic light -Cedarview Rd. - turn right and watch for Bruce Pit parking on right.
