At 2:00 PM today at the Rosetta McClain Gardens Hawk Watch in Scarborough an American White Pelican was observed by BIGFRANK, myself and a few others flying overhead along the top of the Bluffs heading eastward. The timing of this sighting appears to suggest that this was the same bird as previously reported today. Also spotted at our Watch today was a Short-eared Owl at 11:25 AM lazily circling along heading westward and a Snow Goose at 12:45 PM mixed in with a flock of 9 Canada Geese also heading westward following the shoreline.
