Sorry for the lateness of the post, but we had some technical issues.Today at
around 11:40 I saw a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher flying high and west over our
farm on the West 1/4 Line Rd, south of Regional Road 60.?My brother Matt and I
searched the area and?relocated the bird in a field further west. It was a
brightly coloured and long-tailed adult bird.?After about 5 minutes of watching
the bird it flew high and west and could not be refound. The bird was
definitely not hanging around and birders should check the roads west of
Norfolk County.

?
Over the past week or so we have also had flyover Redpolls (6), Red Crossbills
(4), and White-winged Crossbills (40). A single?Northern Shrike?was also seen a
few days ago.?
