Birders:
Yesterdays morning walk was highlighted by 4 first year Golden
Eagles soaring low over the trees with 2 Balds-an adult and a second basic.
What a thrill to see 4 goldens together, low in a calm blue sky!
Some other migrants of note included 3 Red Crossbills, 18
Snow Buntings, American Pipets, many hundreds of Pine Siskins, Purple finch and
8 species of sparrows.
The large omega block high centered over us promises a great
sunfilled week to get out there and enjoy some crisp air and a few good birds.
Don't miss the opportunity. Good Birding.
