Hello everyone,
I was able to observe and photograph a cattle egret in Wawa today that has
apparently been around town for a few days at least. The egret was seen
feeding in tall grass at the corner of Churchill and Algoma streets.
Take Mission Rd. into Wawa, continuing on Broadway Ave. into the downtown area.
Turn left on Algoma which is right before the hospital on Broadway. Start
watching as you drive up Algoma because the bird apparently moves around the
area, with the corner of Churchill and Algoma as its favourite haunt.
