Just to advise, I have word that Brett Fried and others easily saw the
Spotted Towhee coming to George and Pat Finney's bird feeders this morning
(Saturday).

Directions:
The house is # 1024 hwy 59, just south of the esso station and the coop and
neighbours restaurants. You can easily view the feeders by going around the
north (left if you are looking at the house from the road) side of the
garage. There should be no need to get too close to the feeders as there is
an unobstructed view from here. There are plenty of other birds (including
a male and female Eastern Towhee) to keep you interested if you are waiting
but it has been pretty reliable most of the week. Please respect the privacy
of the neighbours and be mindful of the busy road.

>From simcoe take hwy 24 south to hwy 59. Turn left (south) and follow this
just past the turn off for Port Rowan (there is an esso gas station here).
The house is the second on the left # 1024 with Finney on the mailbox
