Jean and Blayne Farnan just called to say they observed a single Cave Swallow with a Northern Rough-winged Swallow in flight over Lake Erie at Morgan's Point in Burnaby. The two birds flew low and close to the shoreline around the rocks at the foot of Morgan's Point Road.
Directions: >From Port Colborne drive southwest along Highway 3 for some 5 kms to Golf >Course Road. Turn left and continue 2 kms to the Lake Erie shoreline where >the road veers to the right and becomes Lakeshore Road. Morgan's Point Road >is the first road on your left, proceed east 1 km to the end of the road and >the rocky shoreline of Lake Erie.
