Hi Birders:

Last Friday, while parking in the northeast end of the Bank of Montreal parking
lot on William Street, I spotted what appeared to be a Cooper's Hawk, perched
on the top of the big chimney at the back of the Canada Services Building. It
remained perched there for about 5 minutes, before if flew off due east, in the
direction of a large flock of Pigeons, which roost on the downtown rooftops.

William Street is the first north/south street west of Lindsay Street (hwy 35
as it enters Lindsay), and intersects with Kent street, in downtown Lindsay.
The bank of Montreal is south of Kent Street, on the East side.

Cheers,

Judy Kennedy.
