Hi Ontbirders, Perhaps an item of regional interest rather than a true rarity...I spotted an apparent pair of Peregrine flying NW just over the buildings at Kent/Gilmour intersection in downtown Ottawa at 12:40. The female was in the lead, carrying a pigeon.
