Hi Everyone... cold yet?

The feeders have been very active . The Common redpoll numbers have
increased to over 100 now at the feeding stations.

The white throat was here today and I was very surprised to see him seeing
the temp has been in the -38 range for a few days.
Though there are lots of Pine Grosbeaks ..I have had only one Evening GR.
and I still don't have goldfinches...though they are in area North of me.

Thought I would mention that I have been following the reports on a sharp
tailed grouse in the Englehart area on the timbirds.info site. There are
some good pictures of it as well.. ( Englehart is 1 hour North of Gowganda
on hwy 11 N.)

Have fun..
