Hello, I was at Cobourg Harbour today from 2 to 3:30 pm and there were 2500+ gulls on the ice. The usual suspects were Ring-billed, Herring and Great Black-backed Gull. The gulls of interest were several Glaucous, Iceland and one ad. Lesser Black-backed Gull and one 1st winter Black-legged Kittiwake. The Kittiwake was flying around and landing on the water. I studied the Kittiwake for 15 minutes then the gulls flushed and I lost site of the Kittiwake and it was not seen again. (local birders looked til dusk.)
