As we were driving along the Darlington Clarke Townline north of Taunton Rd # 4 this morning we counted 92 Wild Turkeys foraging in a farmer's corn field and picking away at the manure a farmer had spread earlier this week.
We sighted 1 Shrike flying across the Lakeshore Rd east of Newcastle/Bond Head this past Tuesday. Directions; Drive along Taunton Rd # 4 till you come to Darlington Clarke Town Line Rd. and turn north and drive about 2 km. on the west side.
