A brief scan of the waters off Bluffer's Park/Marina this afternoon (March
13, 2011) turned up a female Harlequin Duck and three Iceland Gulls. The
Harlequin duck was swimming off a breakwater at 43.70502, -79.23307, close
to a parking lot.

Directions: Bluffer's Park is in southeast Scarborough. Proceed south
on Brimley Ave until you enter the park near the lake. Park in the
eastern most
parking lot.
