I arrived at Lakeside Park at noon and it was still hopping with a wide variety of birds (including Scarlet Tanagers and a Rusty Blackbird).
Lakeside Park is on Lakeshore Road between Southdown and Winston Churchill Roads in Mississauga. It has a new parking lot on the lake side immediately across from the entrance to the Clarkson Wastewater Treatment Plant. It is east of trucking firm on the south side of Lakeshore and east of the cement company pier. You can also walk the waterfront trail to the west a couple of hundred meters where there were Willow Flycatchers calling. _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
