I have to admit that I don't carry my bird book with me so I had to double check what I had seen as well as confirmation from others. A solitary Wimbrel in the north cell.
If you have been there (BCW) you will have noticed that the north cell is drawn down to help kick start some new growth, there are plenty of shore birds very visible from the viewing station but entry with a permit is still available. If any birding tours are coming to the Wetlands please let me know.
