Hi all
Just a brief update on the yellow-legged/caspian gull that was included in the
morning migration report. The bird was refound early this afternoon, this time
on the east beach just north of Sparrow Field. We were down around 3:30 and
this group of gulls was no longer sitting on the beach. I just received word
that the gulls have returned to the beach, but the yellow-legged was not with
them.

People are actively looking outside the park. I checked out the gulls on the
beach at Wheatley habour to no avail. There are many gulls in the shorebird
habitat at Hillman Marsh, including a black-headed gull.

I will do my best to post tomorrow with an update

Good birding everyone!
Sarah
