Sorry, if you are travelling from 400 you go WEST on HWY 89 to the 15th Sideroad New Tecumseth, not east. It is at the top of the big hill west of Cookstown. You would then turn South on 15th past the 14th & 13th lines.
The sod farm is on the east side, the body of water quite extensive. There is also a large salmon that is in this water, the salmon are running & the Nottawasaga River must have flooded onto this field.
