Hey Birders,

I was able to check out the Dickcissel location, just east of Wheatley last
evening. I spent from 8:30-9:30pm walking the hwy. 3 and Campers Cove Road,
listening and trying to figure out how many birds are present at this location.
I would estimate 2-3 males.

I looked for the A. White Pelican at Erieau around lunch, but came up empty
handed. Last week (Thursday) 2 Little Gull's were present at the pier in
Erieau.

Good Birding,
Ken Burrell

Directions:
Heading east on hwy. 3 from Wheatley, go about 2km. The field is pretty easy to
pick out (its the only field that isn't a row crop) and is at the corner of
hwy. 3 and Camper's Cover Road. The bird was between the close oil derrick and
Campers Cover Road.
