Thanks to Colin, Dave V. Ronnie, Keith and Jim for today's count on another
tough observing day.


Weather:
Winds were from the SE to E to SE again. Temp ranged from 9C to 21C...very
warm compared to last week. Not a cloud in the sky today under a big high
pressure system.

Raptor Observations:
Total birds for the day were 1,025 with the highlight 4 Golden Eagles (all
juv.) a couple of which were right overhead passing nice and slow for a
great look. Other species today included TV (706), Osprey (3), Bald Eagle
(3), Harriers (28), sharpis (205) Cooper's (6), Red-shoulder (1), Redtails
(46), Kestrels (17), a lone Merlin and a couple of Peregrine.

Non-raptor Observations:
Not much reported today...a Killdeer, a C. Nighthawk, Palm Warbler, G.C.
Kinglet....and a Great Blue headed west.
