Hello Birders.
Thousands of ducks of many species were and still
are flying down the Lake Huron and into the wind.

The first 5 LONG-TAILED DUCKS were noted. Large flocks of MALLARD, BLACK,
PINTAIL, GREEN-WINGED TEAL and several thousand SCAUPsp. seen today.

An interesting gull turned out to be a juv. LITTLE GULL and a 1st.w. 'Comic
tern' (A British term) with a strong carpal bar passed also.

Kettle Point is due north of Forest, off highway 21.
Good Birding.
