On October 18 an Osprey was perched in a tree on the south shore of Bear
Lake. North of Huntsville turn west on Highway 518. After passing
through Sprucedale, turn south on East Bear Lake Road. About 2-3
kilometres along there are glimpses of the lake from several private
cottage properties. The bird was seen through a scope from 32 Lakeview
Road.
