Weather: A bit chilly on the tower today with the combination of west winds, overcast skies, and temperatures 7-9 C. Raptor Observations: A very nice day of migration! The overcast conditions didn't seem to bother either Sharp-shinned Hawks or Turkey Vultures. These two species made up the vast majority of raptors seen today. An absolutely beautiful juvenile Golden Eagle flew low over the tower.
