The Razorbill was seen at 3:30 on the river between the Deschennes lookout and the Deschennes boat ramp, hard to see due to choppy conditions. 2 RT Loon were present and an unidentified jaeger was seen over the river near the intersection of Woodroffe Ave. and the Ottawa River parkway. A 3rd Red-throated Loon was seen on Lake Deschennes from the Shirley's Bay Dyke, which also hosted 5 Snow Bunting.
