At the intersection/roundabout of Victoria St and Ira Needles, on the small pond beside the harveys....observed and photographed 2 adult, 2 juvenile Lesser Black-backed Gulls, and 2 juvenile Greater Black-backed Gulls. There was a good number of ring-billed and Herring gulls to study as well. This pond appears to be a popular resting spot now that the construction at "the boardwalk" up the street has consumed the open dirt field. No white-winged gulls yet, but there were good numbers this past winter in the general area (municipal dump).
