Weather:
Blue skies early with increasing cloud cover as the day went on.  Chilly
temperatures 4-7 C.  Strong southwest winds all day.

Raptor Observations:
The sun got a few birds up and moving today, but the strong southwest winds
kept the total numbers down.  Highlights were two Golden Eagles and two
immature Northern Goshawks.
