Weather:
Winds were moderate from the northwest, with mostly cloudy conditions
throughout the day.  Temperatures stayed steady around 10C for most of the
day, though dropping slightly through the afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
A good movement of Red-tailed Hawks was noted through the entire morning
into the early afternoon.  Red-shouldered were also noted and 4 Golden
Eagles in the last two hours of the count.

Non-raptor Observations:
Tundra Swan - 52, Canada Goose - 210, Belted Kingfisher - 2, American Pipit
- 4, Cedar Waxwing - 21, European Starling - 3000+, Red-winged Blackbird -
42, Common Grackle - 30, Purple Finch - 3, American Goldfinch - 345.

Predictions:
North east winds will bring in more raptors.
