Brisk winds out of NE, which sometimes wavered btwn NNE and ENE. Rain threatened, the whole time, and finally occurred at exactly 1 pm, which we felt was a good quitting time. Raptor Observations: quite a few redtails throughout period, until about 12:30, when flight slowed to a trickle.
