Hi Ontbirders:

I ran into a birder in the parking lot of the Britannia Yacht Club.  She told 
me and another birder where the snowy owl was perched.  She explained that 
there were 2 people down on the rocks taking pictures of the owl and it'll be 
there if it hasn't already been flushed.  By the time we walked over the 2 
people there said the owl had just taken off.  Happy birding.
