I went back to Jack Custers Bird Sanctuary in Niagara-on-the-lake and on my
way to the blind I noticed an Eastern Screech Owl sticking his head out of
one of the bird houses Jack has up in the tree. To view the Screech take
the trail at the end of the parking lot and head towards the blind
overlooking the pond. The Owl is in a bird house on the left side of the
trail just before the blind.
As of 5pm the Pelican was still there
