An American golden plover was observed at 9:30 AM, this morning At Guindon Park, Boat Launch. The bird was feeding just north of the Community bathroom buildings. This spot is located 5 miles west of Cornwall on Highway 2. Take Avonmore Rd. south from highway 43 and drive to Highway #2 . Turn left and drive a mile; turn south into Guindon Park. The bird has been on the gravel in front of the Bathrooms(closed for the season).
