This afternoon at 1:45 I saw an almost pure white snowy owl on Earl Armstrong Road in Ottawa, between Bowesville Rd and Limebank Rd on the north side, about 75-100 from the road and sitting on the ground. Very cooperative. Also seen were at least 2,000 snow geese in flight just off hwy 31 just north of Winchester on Besson Rd.
