Hi Folks,

The 57th / 112th Annual CBC for Sault Ste. Marie Ontario/Michigan was
conducted on Dec 17/2011

Count Day started off clear and cold at about -16C at 4:30am in the
morning but warmed up to -4C at around 5:30pm.

Overall results were above average as was volunteer participation (70).

Franklin's Gull (observed, identified and photographed by Kirk Zufelt at
the local landfill) was a NEW species for the count.
