15 tundra swans were on Adolphus Reach on Monday, close to the Glenora ferry docks. The birds were close to the shore and easily visible from the road.
Pamela Stagg Prince Edward County Directions: Take Highway 33 to the Adolphustown ferry dock. The swans are on the south side of the highway, just east of the docks. They are easily visible from the road. NOTE: Swans like lee shores. If the wind is from the south or the east, they will look for a more sheltered spot. _______________________________________________ ONTBIRDS is presented by the Ontario Field Ornithologists - the provincial birding organization.
