Another flock of about thirty Tundra swans flew right over my head today at about 10:35 about half a kilometre east of the Welland Canal in St. Catharines. The last flock of 20 flew over a week or so ago on the East bank of the canal... near where THE duck (king Eider) was viewed by many here. Such an exciting time of the year. No pic of this group as I was outside shaking a mat when they flew RIGHT overhead.
Such magnificent creatures in flight in the high winds and against a blue sky.
