Around 1:00 p.m. at the south-east end of Milne Park (where the path that
follows the shoreline starts to dip down) a full adult male Orchard Oriole
was singing in clear view low overhead in the planted "clump" of vegetation
beside the path, which follows the southern side of the park (east of the
beach). Keep driving through the park to the easternmost parking lot, then
follow path extending east from beach, near water's edge, eastward.

Milne Park runs east off McCowan Road, a couple of hundred meters south of
Highway 7, well north of the interchange with Highway 407. There was no
entry fee today, but sometimes there may be (as on weekends?...not a good
time to go because of crowds). Also singing (not seen) Warbling Vireo.
